Through this project, I learned how to personalize costumes to the character. while the Man in Black dresses like any other Victorian man, it's the floral details that showcase his specific personality. Embellishing his garments in themselves also make him unique and set him apart for the viewers. This experience allowed me to embed symbols in outfits in descrete yet interesting ways.
