FINAL PRODUCT

Through this project, I learned how to adapt my excecution to the garments I'm provided with. Much like Titania's dress embellishments, I understood that I had to be careful when attaching the leaves so that it doesn't deminish the stretch of the garment. Even though it was time consuming, I decided to zig-zag stitch each leaf onto the leotard one-by-one to allow the fabric to give while keeping the leaves grouped together. I had to experiment with the leave placement specifically, constantly trying it on and moving around in it, so that I ensured the leaves would stay in an appealing cluster despite the stretch and movement of the fabric.
